4. Shipping Policy

At Origin Gems Supply, we know that small stationery essentials can make a big difference to your daily routine. A fresh set of sticky notes can help keep priorities visible, an eraser can make corrections easier, and a ruler can bring accuracy to schoolwork, office projects, and creative tasks.

Our Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, how shipping fees are calculated, what to expect after checkout, and how we handle delivery issues.

4.1 Shipping Fees

We offer a straightforward shipping structure designed to keep ordering simple.

The shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before shipping charges and applicable taxes, unless the checkout page expressly specifies a different calculation for a particular promotion.

For example, a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $12.00 would ordinarily receive free standard shipping, while a merchandise subtotal of $8.00 would incur a $5.99 shipping fee. Any applicable discounts will be reflected in the checkout calculation.

All shipping charges will be disclosed before the customer completes payment.

4.2 Order Processing

After an order is submitted, our fulfillment process generally includes payment confirmation, order review, product selection, packaging, and preparation for carrier pickup.

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. This is an operational target rather than a guaranteed processing time. Processing may take longer during holidays, peak shopping periods, inventory checks, or circumstances requiring address or payment verification.

Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. An order placed late in the day or during a holiday period may not begin processing until the next business day.

4.3 Estimated Delivery Times

After an order leaves the fulfillment facility, transit time depends on the destination, carrier, service level, and local delivery conditions.

For planning purposes, standard delivery may take approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery commitment. Actual shipping origins, carrier services, and available destinations should be confirmed against the store's fulfillment arrangements before this estimate is published.

Processing time is separate from transit time. If an order requires 1–3 business days to process and an estimated 5–10 business days in transit, the total time from checkout may be longer than the transit estimate alone.

If a product page or checkout provides a more specific delivery estimate, that information should be reviewed before completing the order.

4.4 Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are those supported by the checkout system at the time of purchase. Customers should enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite, unit, postal code, and any other information needed for successful delivery.

If a destination is not supported or a delivery restriction applies, the checkout system may prevent the order from being completed or our team may need to contact the customer.

We do not promise delivery to every international destination unless international shipping is expressly offered during checkout.

4.5 Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order is accepted, we may send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

When tracking is available, shipping notifications may include a tracking number or a link to the carrier's tracking service. Tracking information may take time to activate after a package is handed over to the carrier.

Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed or incomplete. If the tracking page has not updated immediately, please allow reasonable time for the carrier's systems to refresh before contacting us.

4.6 Packaging and Shipment Preparation

We aim to package stationery products in a way that helps protect them during normal transportation.

Paper-based products such as sticky notes should be protected from excessive moisture and crushing where reasonably practical. Rulers and other rigid items should be packed with consideration for bending or breakage risks.

Packaging materials and shipment methods may vary depending on product dimensions, quantity, and fulfillment requirements. A package's external appearance may differ from product photographs without affecting the identity or quantity of the items ordered.

4.7 Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an error after checkout, contact us immediately.

We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched and the change is feasible. Once a carrier has accepted the shipment, an address correction may no longer be possible or may be subject to carrier restrictions.

If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or another issue attributable to the recipient, we will review the circumstances and contact the customer about available options. Additional shipping charges, if any, will be disclosed before a reshipment is arranged.

Any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery, refunds, or contract cancellation remain unaffected.

4.8 Delayed Shipments

Delivery may be affected by severe weather, transportation disruptions, high seasonal volumes, carrier operational problems, public emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your package appears significantly delayed, check the tracking information and then email us with your order number. We will review the shipment status and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or explain the available resolution options.

A delay does not automatically cancel an order or remove the customer's rights. Where applicable law establishes a delivery deadline or a remedy for non-delivery, we will comply with those requirements.

4.9 Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing, marked as delivered but not found, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at hoa@origingemssupply.website.

Please include the order number, tracking information, and a description of the issue. Photographs of shipping damage may help us assess the claim, although they are not an absolute prerequisite where they are unreasonable or prohibited as a condition of relief.

We will review available carrier information and determine whether a replacement, refund, further investigation, or other remedy is appropriate.

Customers should not assume that a carrier's “delivered” status conclusively resolves a claim. Each case will be reviewed according to its facts and applicable law.

4.10 Split Shipments and Availability

Depending on inventory and fulfillment arrangements, an order containing multiple items may be shipped together or in separate packages.

If a shipment is divided, separate tracking numbers or delivery dates may apply. We will provide available shipping information through the normal order-communication process.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase and we cannot fulfill it, we will contact the customer where appropriate and arrange a suitable resolution, including a refund for any unfulfilled merchandise when required.

4.11 Taxes and Other Charges

Shipping fees are separate from applicable sales taxes and any other charges disclosed during checkout.

We do not promise that all orders will be exempt from tax. Applicable taxes depend on the order, destination, and relevant tax rules. The final checkout total should be reviewed before payment is submitted.
